Not included in this price (but can be undertaken):

• floor covering

To be fair, the kitchen quoted above is from our budget kitchen range, whereas all other photos shown on this site are from our premium kitchen range. However, if you own buy-to-let properties or are just doing-up a property to sell on, it may be ideal. Either way, the labour rates would be the same - only the cost of the units and appliances will vary.
