To give you some confidence in our work and to show what could be done with your own home, click below to see a few of the transformations we’ve carried out at previous customer’s properties.
1. This first kitchen example was in Kirkcaldy. The house had a fairly small existing kitchen with a non-supporting stud wall between it and the dining room next door. The customer wanted a larger cooking / entertaining area with a contemporary look.
This job entailed:
removal of partition wall, replacement of existing kitchen with white gloss units and island unit, installation of modern, compact wall-mounted boiler (concealed in a wall unit), halogen ceiling spotlamps, under-pelmet lighting, replacement of archway between living and dining rooms with glazed French doors, laminate flooring throughout kitchen/dining/living rooms, tiling in splashback area, new appliances, all associated plumbing, gas & electrical work

2. This second kitchen example
was for a client in Cupar. They had a modern 4 bedroom house with a good
sized kitchen and dining room, however like the kitchen above they
wanted the dividing wall removed to create an large, open-plan cooking
and entertaining space. To help visually separate the cooking and dining
areas we installed the hob in a peninsular unit and fitted an island
glass extractor above it to form an impressive focal point. They loved
the finished result. What do you think?
This job entailed:
removal of partition wall, ceiling re-plastered and re-coved,
installation of gloss black units carried on into dining area (wall
units used as base units to reduce depth), under-pelmet lighting,
ceiling halogen lighting, decoration, solid wood flooring throughout
kitchen/dining area, new integrated appliances, all associated plumbing,
gas & electrical work

3. This kitchen was for an elderly
couple in Glenrothes that we’d installed a bathroom for about 6 months
previously. They wanted a more modern kitchen, but that didn’t look too
contemporary in their home – the Vanilla Shaker kitchen we installed
seemed a perfect balance.
This job entailed:
installation of new units & worktops, ceiling halogen lighting and
under-pelmet lighting, ceiling re-plastered, floor and splashback
tiling, decoration, new appliances, all associated plumbing, gas &
electrical work

4. This was a biggie! This job was
for a professional couple with a large detached house in Glenrothes.
They were going on holiday for 2 weeks and wondered if their project
could be completed by the time they came back. Again, like a few of our
other jobs, there was a wall to remove to open up the kitchen and dining
room, but also a wall to build to partition off the old kitchen area to
create a small study.
We all agreed that given the amount of space we had to play with an
island mounted hob and glass extractor above would make a stunning
feature. This combined with solid oak cabinet doors and real stone
flooring (also carried through to the utility room) made for a job our
team were very proud of!
